This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can request cancellation of an order or service purchased from Azorex.
1. Requesting a Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation Before Fulfilment
Orders that have not yet been processed, dispatched, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled may be eligible for cancellation, subject to the product-specific terms and applicable law.
We will review the request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
3. Digital Products and Services
For digital products or services, cancellation eligibility may depend on whether access has been provided, content has been downloaded, or the service has commenced.
Any applicable restrictions will be disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase. These restrictions do not override mandatory rights available under applicable law.
4. Physical Products
Where physical products are sold, cancellation may be possible before dispatch or fulfilment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may instead be handled under the applicable return and refund conditions, where available.

5. Cancellation by Azorex
Azorex may cancel an order if fulfilment becomes impossible, a product or service becomes unavailable, a transaction cannot be verified, or another legitimate reason prevents completion.
Where payment has already been received for an order that Azorex cancels and the customer is entitled to a refund, the applicable refund will be initiated in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Refunds Following Cancellation
Approved cancellations that qualify for a refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method where supported. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
